HR Generalist Role

About the Opportunity:

You will assist and coordinate end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance. You will support employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will drive employee training and development initiatives, including workshop coordination and training record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and coordinate HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Experience across HR systems, such as ELMO, Chris21, Employment Hero, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships.
