We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Perth.

This role is a generalist HR position reporting to the Principal Human Resources Business Partner, providing support for various office functions with cyclical reporting and projects as well as managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with company, legislative and statutory requirements
  • Supporting line managers in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution
  • Providing HR coaching, advice, policy and procedure interpretation to managers and employees
  • Coordinating cyclical HR reviews and projects
  • Implementing HR policies and documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within mining or oil & gas industry (highly desirable)
  • A solid understanding of Fair Work Act and employment legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
