**Practice Manager/ Reception Staff - North Sydney - Sports Clinic**

**The Role -**
Urban Physiotherapy is looking for a **Full time Practice Manger/ Reception Staff**to join our team. Previous experience is preferred however training will be provided.
Our team currently consists of Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist and a Podiatrist and we’re looking for an Exercise Physiologist, who will collaborate and work with others to ensure the best client outcomes, but who has the confidence to contribute in group case reviews, in-services and team culture days.
Some Saturday morning work is required but this can be discussed.
Our practitioner team work together to build a roster that prioritises our clients, but that also takes into consideration the work-life balance of each team member.

Our team are passionate about providing **rehabilitation and exercise combined with manual therapy,** to provide the most effective, tailored and complete treatment plan to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
We facilitate both clinical and personal growth via **weekly inservice's / group case reviews and fortnightly 1:1 mentoring sessions**. We also run team workshops and culture days to continue to build upon our clinic culture, and create a place we all love to come to work.

**The successful applicant will get -**
- Fortnightly one-on-one mentoring to focus on what you want to develop - whether that’s clinical reasoning or clinical skills, leadership and mentoring, or personal development - as well as fortnightly team case reviews to discuss tricky clients and workshop solutions together.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
