Passion Family Dental North Lakes is a well-established dental practice in North Lakes. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest standard of care, and we are proud of the trust and long-term relationships we have built with them. Our friendly and dedicated team of dentists and staff strive to maintain this level of care and service.

Full time hours of work will be rostered across Monday to Friday. The receptionist role is integral in supporting a busy team with the priority being our patients. In addition, you will be responsible for all aspects of the reception role including booking appointments, patient care and follow up, payments and general administration duties.

To compliment and support our existing team, you will:

- Have a friendly, caring and supportive personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have worked within a fast-paced environment in either a medical or dental practice.
- Be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage a large volume of work.
- Have exceptional diary management skills and be detail orientated.
- Be professional, well presented and able to work independently as well as within the team.
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
