Join our friendly Inbound customer service team working on behalf of Department of Transport Victoria.

In this role, you will be handling incoming calls for Regional Roads Victoria with road users reporting

Key Details- Customer Service Agent- Melbourne CBD- Weekly Hours: Full Time 38 hours a week- Centre Hours: Full Time Roles: 8am to 6pm on a rotating roster

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be able build a relationship with customers over the phone within set timeframes- Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards- Deliver amazing customer experiences every time- Complete a National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy Check- Have full work rights to work within Australia
