**About the role**
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of PTV, providing excellent customer service to anyone who uses public transport in Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound queries from users of the Victorian Public Transport network. As an agent you will be tasked with responding to queries regarding the Journey Planner product and will be providing journey planner information. As you progress within the role you will handle more complex queries involving complaints. Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you'll also take on back-of-house tasks, broadening your skill set. **Key Details**
- Hybrid working model post training
- Paid Training
- Commencing 18th November 2024
- Multiple casual positions are available.
- Enjoy rotating rosters from Monday - Sunday between 6am - 12am.
- Ideal for those seeking diverse work schedules.
- Full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
- You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
