**About the role**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be instrumental in handling inbound and occasional outbound calls, assisting customers with a wide array of everyday banking enquiries. This comprehensive role encompasses tasks like arranging payments, updating account details, issuing statements, and changing PINs.
Over time, you'll manage more critical issues like replacing lost cards and resolving unauthorized transactions. Your goal is to provide efficient, empathetic, and accurate service in every interaction. If you're a problem-solver who can handle a fast-paced environment with a smile, we want to hear from you.
**Key Detail**
- CBD Location (near Flagstaff station)
- Hybrid after KPI's met
- Multiple full time positions available
- 4 day per week roster
- Full time
- Fixed Term 3 month contract with potential for longer
- Set Roster: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 9:45 am to 8:00 pm
- Australian based role
**Main Activities**
- Inbound and some outbound calls
- Escalate and or resolve complaints
- General inquiries
- Stopping and reissuing lost and stolen cards
- Lodge a dispute if any unauthorised transaction
- Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures

**Work-from-Home Must Haves**:
- Strong stable internet connection (Minimum of 50 MBPS download and 20 MBPS upload speed). Hotspotting and shared building connections like those used in hotels etc cannot be used due to security
- Designated, quiet, and private area in your home with an ergonomic setup that supports both your safety and the confidentiality of customer information
