My client is a leading Australian business in the membership rewards space and is looking to expand the team with the appointment of an Analytics Manager to their Customer Analytics function.

Reporting to a highly passionate and inspiring Head of Analytics, you will have accountability for leading a team of 4 analysts with a view to further growth over the next 18 months.

**The Role**
- Leading a team of 4 analysts
- Management of key senior stakeholder relations at GM level
- Acting as a thought leader and providing hands on support and guidance for advanced analytics initiatives including customer segmentation, behavioural insights, significance testing and propensity modelling
- Enabling new data led customer initiatives to support customer experience and engagement

**Your Experience**
- Proven experience of working with a customer or marketing analytics experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills either formally or informally to lead a team of analysts
- Technical skills in SQL essential; additional skills in Python highly desirable
