- We are passionate about offering our staff work life balance
- Together we place customers at the centre of what we do

**Do work that matters**

People are a key part of the Group’s strategy, and Human Resources (HR) partners with our Business Units in building a vibrant, customer focused and high integrity culture. HR are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs.

**See yourself in our team**

The People Analytics chapter is focused on enabling our people and leaders to make decisions that are informed by accurate, reliable, and relevant insights, taking actions that reflect the behaviour we need to pursue excellence across our organization, and doing all of this themselves - quickly, and easily. This includes a focus on our strategic priorities, including uplifting our people analytics through digital transformation, optimization, and enabling activities - for employees, leaders and key stakeholders across the Group.

**In this role**

As an Analyst in the People Analytics Foundational analytics Chapter, you are responsible for the support and provision of quality analytics on a macro level, which will see you involved in the gathering, processing, and interpreting of data to provide insights on the current HR experience within the Group and its Business Units.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**
- Dashboard Development: Design and build dashboards/BI tools for key stakeholders across HR and the broader business.
- Analytics & Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create models to provide insights on decisions (e.g. correlations, forecasting, predictive analysis).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR analytics processes through automation using tools e.g. Microsoft Power suite (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate)

**We're interested in hearing from people who**:

- Experience with BI and visualization tools e.g. Tableau/Power BI
- Good knowledge and experience in using SQL tools is advantageous
- Have a good understanding of analytical tools and techniques and are keen to build on this skillset
- Sound communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions when appropriate to meet deliverables without significant oversight
- Are continuously learning and contributing to the chapter's ongoing development
- Have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and execute multiple concurrent activities

**Working with us**

We offer training, great technologies, smart colleagues, and development opportunities. We're a skills-focussed organisation and are primarily looking for someone with a growth mindset, and who can bring their own talents and experiences to the role and develop alongside this emerging team.

We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our Sydney office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few. Talk to us about how these arrangements might work for you.
