Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for driving business growth? Ready to make a real impact in the world of food? We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic **Head of Finance - Food** to join our team and shape the financial future of our business pillar

**In this Role**
- Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with our company’s goals. You'll partner with senior leadership to provide insights and guide decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of our 5-year plan, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. You’ll monitor performance and ensure our financial goals are met.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial results, making sure leadership understands the numbers and the path forward.
- Manage working capital and seek out opportunities to enhance our financial performance across the pillar.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team that thrives on continuous improvement.
- Be the go-to financial expert for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

**You’re Likely a Match If***
- A degree in Accounting and professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA).
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in senior management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a top-tier finance team.
- A strong track record in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you’ll simplify complex financial concepts for all stakeholders.
- Mastery of financial software (e.g., MD365, TM1, PowerBI).
