**About the position**

As the key contact between the Global Head of Finance, the Global Finance Operations Manager, regional stakeholders and finance teams across the globe, this pivotal role will see your relationship building skills come to the fore.

With a flair for financial processes, reporting terminology, and exemplary attention to detail, you thrive when producing professional, accurate and clear reports on a regular basis. Tasked with maintaining budgets, balance sheets and reconciliations, you take pride in implementing process improvements and anticipating financial needs.

Able to cope with the need to cater for different time zones when managing calendars and in working flexible hours, your adaptable and can-do mindset will prepare you for success in this open, honest and purpose-led culture.

**Position responsibilities**
- managing the calendars for the Global Head of Finance and Global Finance Operations Manager, including scheduling across time zones
- professionally preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating requirements, ensuring preparation of agendas, minutes, reports and action registers
- coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangementsfor the Global Head of Finance and Global Finance Operations Manager
- assisting in the preparation and submission of annual operational budgets
- supporting monthly financial requirements with summaries, variance analysis, and trend reports
- assisting with coordinating 3+9, 6+6, and 9+3 forecasting processes with regional finance teams
- assisting the finance team with maintaining an accurate balance sheet, ensuring timely recording and reconciliation of transactions
- assisting with reporting on planned and actual capital expenditures for campus improvementsand other capital improvement initiatives
- serving as the primary contact between the Global Head of Finance, Global Finance Operations Manager, and regional stakeholders
- communicating effectively with finance teams across multiple regions
- recognising process improvement opportunities, and implementing as needed to ensure best practices

**Preferred skills and experience**
- minimum 5 years’ experience supporting CFOs or senior finance executives
- demonstrated track record in financial processes and project management
- a background in the professional consulting services space will be highly regarded
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software tools
