An exciting opportunity exists for
Head of Supply Chain Finance
, based at our Head Office in Macquarie Park to lead the management accounting, financial control, governance, and commercial support for our Supply Chain function. The role will provide insightful analysis, ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and contribute to strategic and operational decisions as a key business partner. As a key member of the senior finance leadership team, the Head of Supply Chain Finance will play a vital role in optimising performance, enhancing efficiency, and driving value across the supply chain network.

Key accountabilities include:

Management Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee timely and accurate management reporting for all supply chain activities.
• Deliver commercial insights and performance analysis to support strategic decision making and operational improvements.
• Ensure all functional reporting complies with accounting standards and company policies.
• Own the forecasting and budgeting processes for Supply Chain.
• Support profitability analysis by providing accurate 'cost to serve' for all products.

Financial Control & Governance

• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and ensure spend is aligned to budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure no audit exceptions across internal and external reviews.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor and develop a small but dynamic team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Provide visible leadership and uphold high ethical and safety standards.
• Shape team structure and capability to match business needs and growth.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Tertiary degree in finance/accounting and CPA/CA.
• Senior level finance experience in a complex supply chain environment.
• Exceptional business partnering mindset, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, reporting and financial modelling skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial reports and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation.
• Strong systems knowledge, including ERP and BI platforms.
