Venues NSW has the responsibility and privilege of managing several stadium and entertainment precincts across NSW including Sydney’s original home of sport, the Sydney Cricket Ground and the brand-new Allianz Stadium located at Moore Park.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Venues NSW currently has a role available for a passionate and professional Finance Officer. This role will provide timely and accurate accounts processing, data entry, payroll arrangements, financial reporting, financial and administrative support across our network with an initial focus on the WIN Sports and Entertainment precinct located in Wollongong.

This role is based at our new head office, located inside Allianz Stadium at Moore Park but will work across our network of Stadiums and Venues in NSW. The role will report into the Senior Accountant and will form part of our Finance team working on a permanent full time basis.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal applicants for the role will have the following skills & qualifications:

- Strong communication and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role;
- Previous experience working with Finance and Accounting systems;
- Proven ability and success working in a multi venue/site organisation
- At least 2 years’ experience working in Accounting/Finance
- Qualifications in Accounting or Finance

Applicants must be flexible to work outside of normal work hours including some evening and weekend event work.
