LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL PROJECT

**About the role**:
We are looking for a VPS4 Assistant Land and Property Adviser to join our Land and Property Team here at LXRP, and work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria's history. Reporting to the Senior Land and Property Adviser, you will be responsible for assisting them in identifying, managing and resolving land and property matters across the project. You will also be:

- Identifying interests of affected land, including owners and third-party interests
- Site identification including title searches, investigating land status, and identifying project survey needs
- Assisting with management of assets and land, to ensure project needs are met
- Assisting with matters relating to land acquisition, land access, land transfers and land disposal.
- Developing documentation and project support material
- Drafting briefs and statutory notices
- Collaborating with stakeholders including VicTrack, Department of Transport Property unit and Local Government

Based in a small team, this role is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills and experience in the land and property space in a major infrastructure project environment. This role also provides an opportunity for an engaged and motivated individual to manage challenging issues in a supportive team environment.

The Assistant Land Adviser position is a 3-year fixed term contract, paying between $90,067 and $102,192 plus superannuation. The role is based within our Southern Program Alliance, located in Moorabbin. LXRP supports flexible and remote working options, with a hybrid working arrangement (weekly blend of office and remote working) envisioned for this role.
