**About the Role**

Every day is different in a hotel. From welcoming international guests, hosting bespoke events in any of our 15 meeting and event spaces, to creating new offerings for the local market, you will never have a boring day in the office

As an energizing and confident Marketing Communication Coordinator, you will join our creative and diverse Sales & Marketing Team, connecting with people and make things happen at Hyatt Regency Perth.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional Sales & Marketing career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:
Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the wider Sales and Marketing team, you will be at the centre of our daily workflow. Supporting the team from an administrative perspective, which may include working across multiple computer systems (full training will be provided), answering of the general enquiry phone line and assisting with guest queries, internal communication coordination across the hotel, assisting in planning, coordination and execution of hotel events, maintaining the hotel client database (Envision), and working closely with our PR & Marketing team to roll out campaigns and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualification**

Sales & Marketing qualification (or equivalent)

Relevant work experience in the same or similar role, ideally in the hotel industry

Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and juggle a busy work load
