A rare opportunity has opened within our client's award-winning Marketing team, as a Marketing & Comms Coordinator based in Perth.

Reporting to the Marketing & Comms Manager, this position will specialise in various marketing, communications, social media, and event coordination tasks.

**Your new role**
- Manage the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategy
- Develop clear and suitable marketing and communications content and collateral across multiple electronic and physical platforms.
- Provide and implement sound strategic marketing and communications advice and support.
- Create and manage website content, intranet content and other core systems related to the organisation's marketing and communications.
- Curate and publish content on social media channels.
- Manage marketing and communications projects and coordinate the internal and external resources needed to deliver these projects.
- Support and deliver the marketing and communications needs of all teams.
- Manage and support a variety of occasions and events
- Work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders and industry partners.
- Facilitate internal communication and building of culture within the organisation
- Coordinate communication materials in compliance with editorial and legislative requirements.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation rough innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage and grow a database of marketing contacts.

**You will also be required to travel regionally and interstate for this role

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications such as a Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent and minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing, Communications or Public Relations position
- Relevant marketing industry knowledge particularly within tourism, leisure, or e-commerce/retail sectors
- Must have excellent written communications skills, as press releases, content writing and social posts are a daily function
- Must have excellent verbal communication and have a proven ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns including monitoring key metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and making optimisations accordingly
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Extensive knowledge of WordPress (and HTML an advantage)**:

- Practical knowledge of digital marketing and communication tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, Facebook Business, Mailchimp, and website CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO would be advantageous
