About the Role: Marketing Coordinator
We're on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator who will become the operational heartbeat of our marketing team. Part production coordinator, part social media coordinator, part project wrangler — you'll keep the plates spinning, the calendars moving and the new product releases on track.
This role is hands-on, full-time and perfect for a detail-driven, proactive marketer with 2–3 years' experience in a cross-functional in-house brand team or as an account manager at an agency. You're the kind of person who loves making things happen, nudging tasks over the line and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You'll have guidance, structure and access to seasoned marketers, but you'll also be trusted to take ownership of tasks from day one. This foundation role is your springboard to becoming a well-rounded, multi-disciplined marketer.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Coordination
- Assist in the creation, scheduling and execution of the social media calendar across platforms.
- Collaborate with content and design to brief, coordinate, proof and deliver assets.
- Ensure social content aligns with key campaigns, promotions and product drops.
- Keep marketing projects, product launches and campaigns moving by chasing deliverables, timelines and stakeholders across content, design, ecommerce & retail teams.
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives such as launches, events, promotions and competitions.
- Maintain and update content calendars, planning tools, task lists and operational documents.
- Partner with product, ecommerce and VM teams to support the rollout of new releases and ensure accurate representation across digital touchpoints.
- Assist with digital merchandising tasks such as landing pages, image management, size charts and basic image edits.
- Update non-core website content (FAQs, store hours, policies) within the CMS.
- Support CRM data hygiene activities (record updates, flagging duplicates, merges).
- Assist with invoice processing, campaign organisation and general admin.
- In the longer term, contribute to basic reporting tasks and performance snapshots.
- Publish internal comms, updates and announcements.
- Provide general support across all corners of the marketing team to ensure smooth, seamless execution.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in marketing within a cross-functional in-house brand team or as an agency account manager.
- Qualifications in marketing, comms, digital media, advertising or similar highly regarded.
- Strong written communication skills — you can draft, edit and structure content clearly and confidently.
- Working familiarity with ecommerce platforms/software such as CMS (WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce etc) and ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot etc).
- Solid understanding of docs, spreadsheets, slides, calendars and email; experience with tools like Trello, Asana or is a huge plus.
- High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
