About the role

We have an opportunity to join our team focused on creating diverse, engaging and high-quality content for a range of audiences both internally and externally. This role drives marketing activities that promote MercyCare services, communicating news, stories and items of interest to relevant audiences and ensuring a strong brand is established and maintained.

About you

You'll be inspired by the incredible work our services provide in the local community and take pride in supporting this through your work. Bringing resilience, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will be contributing to a high-performing team.

Your key experience will include:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
• Experience providing administrative and project support within a marketing or communications team
• Familiarity with coordinating events and promotional activities
• Basic design skills and an eye for brand consistency (InDesign experience desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with digital marketing tools or CMS platforms an advantage
• Commitment to upholding MercyCare's values and contributing to positive outcomes in the community
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
