**About the role at IAG**

IAG are looking for a full time Cantonese speaking Customer Business Consultant to join our successful Retail branch in Hurstville, working a combination of face to face in-branch and from home some days a week. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and will be focussed on providing outstanding customer service, servicing customer enquiries, converting enquiries into sales and retention outcomes.

**Seniority**

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences
