**About the Company**
Operating as a rapidly growing and dynamic global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation that develops, manufacturers and markets and range of pharmaceutical products globally, our client is now seeking a
**Quality Document Coordinator** to manage quality related documentation for their quality team.
Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, key responsibilities include:
**About the Opportunity**
- Support document management processes & coordinate all quality documentation internally.
- Ensure all documentation with revised changes are recorded & controlled in the Electronical Document Management System (EDMS)
- Troubleshoot workflows & generate relevant reports.
- Support site function audits with respect to EDMS functionality.
- Support the delivery document management author training program.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline.
- **Sound experience with Electronic Document Management Systems EDMS/e
- Archive, Trackwise & MS Office skills.**:
- Specific knowledge of Document Management System in a GxP regulated environment within pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational & analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
