**About the Company**

Operating as a rapidly growing and dynamic global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization that develops, manufacturers and markets and range of pharmaceutical products globally, our client is now seeking a
**Quality Document Coordinator** to manage quality related documentation for their quality team.

Reporting to the Stability Manager, key responsibilities include:
**About the Opportunity**
- Support document management processes & coordinate all quality documentation internally.
- Ensure all documentation with revised changes are recorded & controlled in the Electronical Document Management System (EDMS)
- Troubleshoot workflows & generate relevant reports.
- Support site function audits with respect to EDMS functionality.
- Support the delivery document management author training program.
- Actively participate in team meetings.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline.
- **Demonstrated experience in a regulated industry with a focus on Stability/QA.**:

- **Preparation of protocols and reports for stability studies**:

- Sound experience with Electronic Document Management, EDMS, Trackwise & MS Office skills.
- Sound Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistics
- Strong interpersonal, organizational & analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to priorities.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
