Due to continual growth and expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a talented
**Document Compliance Coordinator with an Engineering or Science background to be responsible for SOP writing, documentation of procedures & processes, Work Instructions etc for major new facility.**
**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Develop & maintain departmental processes including SOP's, Work Instructions. Process Flow Charts, Training.
- Assist in operational readiness for electronic batch records, development of workflows & procedures.
- Coordinate documentation reports for Building Operations & Services.
- Coordinate deviations, change controls, CAPA's & risk assessments.
- Collaborate in facility GMP & technical internal & external audits
- Effectively liaise internally with all relevant key stakeholders.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality and/or engineering. within regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device.
- Sound pharmaceutical/medical device industry exp ESSENTIAL.
- Sound experience in writing/reviewing documentation including updated SOP's, WI's etc.
- Sound administration/organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in cross functional/multi disciplinary team.
- Sound MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
