Our client is an industry leader in their niche, industrial manufacturing space. They are seeking a hard-working and motivated Quality Coordinator to join their growing team. The role is responsible for the entire quality function end-to-end, from hands on inspections to documentation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop / Maintain quality procedures, standards & Specifications
- Lead and Drive the QMS
- Check all pre-production drawings
- Audits - both quality and safety
- Inspections
- Documentation control
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Recording all safety issues/incidents
- Utilising manufacturing knowledge and experience to resolve issues effectively

**About You**:

- Hard-working, organised professional with experience in problem solving/root cause analysis
- Experience in Leading a strong QMS
- Team player with exposure to LEAN / 5S Principles and Continuous Improvement
- Strong IT skills (exposure to an ERP preferred)
- Excellent communicator / relationship builder
- Experience within manufacturing (Industrial preffered)
- Open to training and development
- Ability to capture data, analyse, report out, and implement positive change improving the production process
