James Cook University Brisbane is a campus of James Cook University operated in partnership with Russo Higher Education Pty Ltd. Our Queen Street Campus offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in a range of business disciplines to international full fee paying students from a range of home countries.
We are currently looking for a customer-focused and detailed-orientated resources/ administrator to join our Joblinx team. You will work closely with our Career Counsellor in supporting students into work or internship opportunities.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Build strong relationships with students and match them with the right employer for work experience, an internship or career.
- Administration
- Liaising with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience in customer service environment
- Advanced MS Office skills preferred
- Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
