**The Organisation**

Our client is a market leader in the Higher Education Sector, and is looking for a passionate HR Coordinator to join their collaborative team

Conveniently located in the CBD, our client has a vibrant and dynamic environment with a strong team culture. This is a permanent opportunity with training and development provided.

**The Opportunity**

The successful applicant will work with the People team to provide exceptional customer and employee experience through operational support.

As the HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating meetings and team calendars
- Providing administrative assistance to the People Partners and team
- Supporting payroll to ensure accurate data is submitted
- Preparing communications and reports for the team
- Supporting wellbeing activities and initiatives
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment, in collaboration with the hiring manager

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, the below skills are required:

- Tertiary education in Human resources or related field
- Strong Microsoft Suite and Excel skills
- 1+ years experience in a similar HR or Administration role
- Experience in HRIS or similar online system is preferred
