**Recruitment Business Partner / White collar specialist**

**About the Role**

UGL Services, Fuels and Energy portfolio have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
**Recruitment Business Partner **with a passion for white collar recruitment to join our existing team of recruitment professionals in a permanent, full-time capacity. We are flexible in the location of this position and applicants from Melbourne, Brisbane and Gladstone will be considered.

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead - Fuels & Energy, you will be responsible for a portfolio of work that delivers Engineering, Design, Project Management, Maintenance and Brownfield Project works across Australia within the Petroleum, Fuels & Energy industries. Predominately working on roles in Melbourne and Perth, this position will have the opportunity to work across the full national portfolio of contracts.

**About You**

**Key responsibilities**
- End to end recruitment
- Strategic sourcing from various platforms - internal recruitment database, LinkedIn, SEEK
- Developing and maintaining a real-time pipeline of Engineering and Project Management professionals
- Maintaining accurate data in UGL Recruitment platforms
- Attendance at UGL Careers days facilitated by UGL and our Clients / Industry contacts
- Identifying non-traditional avenues of increasing our brand visibility within the industries we work in

**Previous experience**
- Demonstrated delivery of white-collar recruitment
- Broad general knowledge of the roles to be recruited
- Understanding and knowledge of the industries we work in
- Demonstrated experience delivering challenging roles in tight timeframes within industry standard time to hire metrics
- Ability to think outside of the box and bring fresh and new ideas to the role
