**Key Responsibilities**:
**End-User Support**: Be the first point of contact for all IT-related enquiries, incidents, and service requests. Provide timely and effective resolution to technical issues.

**System Monitoring**: Monitor our IT infrastructure, identify potential problems, and proactively address them.

**Software Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, and project management tools.

**Hardware Support**: Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and user requests.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with our architects, designers, and other teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
**What you'll need to succeed**

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk suite, JIRA ticketing system and basic networking concepts.
**Customer-Centric**: Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
**Problem-Solving**:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
**Adaptability**: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
**Certifications**: ITIL or HDI certification is a plus.

**Applicants who have exposure to working in the architectural, engineering or construction firms are desirable.
