HR Systems Analyst

**The Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our Brisbane, Ann Street or Melbourne team on an initial 7 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
As a HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and development of the HR Systems, including but not limited to supporting day-to-day operational activities, providing first line technical support and training to the HR team in their use of Oracle Fusion, configuration of new functionality and assisting with various HRIS projects.
**About You**:
Tobe successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- HR Systems experience across a number of systems (preferably with Oracle or similar HRIS)
- Experience working within a corporate or professional services environment, with a commercial approach to your work
- Reporting production and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (incl. pivot tables and vlookups)
- Aptitude for problem solving and analysis
- Configuration skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, to tight deadlines
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of audiences
