**About The Opportunity**

An amazing opportunity has become available for a HR Graduate looking to kickstart their career within the Technology sector. By joining our global People & Culture team, based in the Perth CBD, you will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day operations of our business, plus the opportunity to work hands-on with our world-class HR programs will provide the ideal launching pad for your career.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the People & Culture team with cyclical HR activities, including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Salary Review, and Employee Engagement.
- Maintaining employee records on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave, and training.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with the management of interview bookings and pre-employment checks (e.g. reference checks, police clearance, medicals).
- Coordinating the hiring process for successful applicants, including the preparation of employment contracts and documentation.
- Supporting the People & Culture Advisor with the onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to other members of the People & Culture team as needed.

**About You**

You will be an enthusiastic recent graduate, with either no experience, or less than two years experience within Human Resources.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Whilst not essential, prior experience within a corporate environment will help you hit the ground running.
