We are seeking a bubbly HR Graduate / Administrator looking to start their career in the HR/ Recruitment field. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to get exposure to all elements of HR and are interested in pursuing a career in the non-for profit sector.

We are seeking a bubbly HR Graduate / Administrator looking to start their career in the HR/ Recruitment field. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to get exposure to all elements of HR and are interested in pursuing a career in the non-for profit sector.

**Start**:ASAP

**Hours**:8am - 4:30pm (Flexible hours)

**Duration**: On-going assignment with potential to go permanent

**Location**: Wembley

**Parking**: Free Parking

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Supporting a small and busy team
- Assisting with the inductions and onboarding of new employees, and chasing any additional required documents
- Managing training requests and professional development courses
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Responding to employee inquiries
- Maintaining all professional accreditations, police clearances, working with children check, licenses etc and refresher courses as per program/agency requirements
- Liaising with payroll regarding any pay issues and resolving them
- Taking responsibility for compliance - uploading safety documents, right to work documents etc.

**About You**:

- Personable & engaging communication style with a collaborative approach
- Previous experience in a HR, Recruitment & Payroll Administration with intermediate MS Office skills
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work across a number of systems for reporting and compliance activities (essential)
- Diploma in HR or related discipline (preferred)
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
