**The Company**:
**The Role**:

- Being the key point of contact within Medinet during the implementation and onboarding process of clients and customers
- Liaising with customers to organise and facilitate training sessions
- Keep training documentation up to date
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to each customer’s specific needs
- Being responsible for the internal tracking and project management through Microsoft Planner
- Communicating feedback from training sessions through the necessary internal channels
- Work closely with sales reps and account managers during the implementation cycle
- Working with the Product Team to ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of the Medinet products
- Streamlining the respective implementation and onboarding processes where possible

**Background & Experience**:

- Experience in onboarding / implementation role preferred, but not essential
University degree would be great but not a deal breaker
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Growth mindset and passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience
