Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience, ultimately helping as many patients as possible utilise our valuable service.

What You'll Do:

- **Engage with Patients**: Handle inbound and make outbound calls to new and prospective patients, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- **Guide Onboarding Process**: Walk patients through each step of our platform's sign-up and initial setup process.
- **Explain Complex Information Simply**: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our service, including the specific **process for prescriptions and medication funding**,
- **Troubleshoot (Basic)**: Provide basic technical assistance for common onboarding issues, or efficiently escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team.
- **Maintain Meticulous Records**: Accurately and consistently record patient information and interactions in our system, ensuring everything is tracked efficiently.
