**What You'll Do**:
As our **Accounts Payable Invoice Supervisor**you will:
**Make a difference**: Ensure the Accounts Payable Invoicing team deliver on the accurate and timely processing of all invoices in order to meet contractual obligations and within ITW Policies.

**Innovate and solve problems**: Strong analytical skills with a history of proactively addressing challenges and finding creative solutions to optimize AP systems and processes.

**Collaborate**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 direct reports, driving their professional growth and ensuring individual and team success

**Continuous Improvement**: Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable department by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions. Proactively address and resolve complex AP-related issues, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all processes.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Develop and maintain invoice process controls
- Manage all areas of Concur Invoice
- Manage accuracy and efficiency of invoice data
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain AP invoicing Service Level Agreement.
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Review and audit all Vendor changes in the ERP system after creation.
- Analyse processed invoice data to identify any possibilities of simplicity or potential automated functions.
- Assist and support the AP Manager with required tasks, as requested
