We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Completions Administrator **to join us on our Melbourne based Rail Network Alliance Project.

**About the opportunity**:
We are currently on the lookout for a Completions Administrator to join us on the Rail Network Alliance. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Completions Administrator to bring on their A-game by providing administrative and office support on a high-profile Rail Infrastructure Project as part of one of Australia’s most highly regarded construction companies. This is a position that involves communication, coordination and support to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you are passionate, tech-savvy and organised, this role is for you
Travel to site offices may be a requirement of this position.
**Some of the things you will be doing**:
- Provide administrative support regarding data entry, communication, meeting/event logistics, and progress reporting.
- Manage the tracking of Cross Yarra Partnership (KIM) submissions
- Comment returns between RNA internal Delivery, Design/Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, Quality, Completions and Commercial Teams from interim installation records through to the final Completion records.
- Manage and maintain project records by ensuring information is up-to-date, accurate and safely stored.
- Communicate and liaise with the client, external vendors, subcontractors and community stakeholders for administrative purposes.
- Compose status reports relevant to the project’s operations
**You have**:
- High School Certificate or equivalent experience in administration
- 3-5 years’ experience in an office environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
- Previous experience in administrative practices and procedures
