Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Completions Manager to join Service Stream in our Melbourne office.
About the Role

This role is responsible for the on-going completions of project activities within the NBN ODM contract - ensuring processes are followed, relevant documents are communicated, and completion activities are fulfilled. The National Completions Manager plays a key role in the project administration function - ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are provided with the appropriate materials and data to achieve Practical Completion and Invoicing / Payment activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver operational & financial outcomes for the business.
- Manage a high performing team of individuals
- Ensure completions are managed to SLA & KPI’s
- Liaise with peers to deliver positive outcomes for the business
- Communicate effectively to the client, team and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present reporting to internal & external stakeholders
- Provide support to managers and process owners in ensuring compliance to processes via assessment mechanisms, using problem solving tools to determine root causes and suggesting solutions from various perspectives of data to make decisions.
- Ensuring the processes are continuously being improved and optimised

About you
- A strong background in telecommunications
- A thorough understanding of the NBN network, asbuilts & SOR’s
- Experience in building and managing high performing teams
- The ability to problem solve, identify root causes & develop solutions
- The ability to drive performance & achieve targets
- Availability to be able to travel to our North Sydney Office on occasion
