Service Leader

As part of our **Global Accelerating a Positive Planet Future strategy **and our **Places Australia **Strategic Business Plan **, we are evolving our Places Australia structure seeking a Service Leader specialising in **Project and Program Management **that will lead a core division within the Consulting Services Australian business.

Essential for the fundamental success of the business unit are our leaders. As the Project & Program Management Service Leader you will be key to the team’s success by your demonstrated experience in driving project and program technical excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency. You will have a proven ability to face the market and empower your team to achieve your strategic objectives.

Joining a global consultancy, you and your team will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and Asia as well as North & South America. This will allow us to bolster our offering in Australia and bring the best in class to our clients.

**About you**:
Reporting directly to the Consulting Servies Business Leader and working amongst the leadership team, the Project & Program Management Service Leader will have a digitally driven mindset and is an established technical expert. You will be an authentic leader who role models’ positive behaviours with an ability to develop and lead high performing teams, communicate vision, and purpose and engage with others. You will also bring with you:

- A tech-enabled and digital mindset, proven in the field of delivering major projects in service area
- Proven track record of developing and implementing services strategies to drive standardisation and automation across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated experience as senior technical expert in the chosen Service including strong links to Professional bodies and market presence
- Demonstrated significant leadership capability and the ability to inspire geographically dispersed teams around a common set of processes, procedures, systems and tools.
- Technical Excellence attitude and strategic focus with excellent commercial drive and decisiveness
- Relevant and recognised bachelor or master’s tertiary degree relevant to the Discipline/Service.
- Professional membership in Project/Program Management
- Approx 10-15yrs + of demonstrated experience in a leadership role in Project/Program Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, with good influencing, motivating and delegation
- Well-developed commercial skills, industry knowledge, demonstrated entrepreneurship
- Strong market reputation and personal brand within the Project/Program Management industry
