**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
**Service Line Manager - Fire Services** to join our team based at Hendra. Reporting to the Asset Services Service Operations Manager, this leadership role drives the delivery of service & project excellence and safety of our field-based team.

As the Service Line Manager for Fire Services, you will be adding value to our team & customers by:

- Ensuring the team goes home safe everyday
- Leading a team of service professionals both in the field and in the scheduling Hub to deliver “The Asset Way”
- Actively support our growth & Customer Experience Strategy and ensure the Fire Services team capability is maintained to support growth of new customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction is a high priority by delivering service & project excellence
- Manage the financial & KPI performance of maintenance contracts & service projects
- Ensure labour effectiveness through relevant recruitment and resourcing
- Promote team spirit within the team to encourage a productive workforce
- Provide leadership to fire services team, ensuring all members are reaching their potential
- Actively support business growth agenda and ensure the Fire Services team capability is maintained to support growth of new customers

**About You**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role in the management of Fire Service Technicians.
- Relevant trade qualifications, licences or degree/diploma will be highly regarded.
- Previous operations experience in fire protection, special hazards, building services or asset maintenance with P&L & people leadership experience
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle to visit customers and site-based teams.
- Service focused and hands-on professional with a natural drive to ‘get things done’.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and time management skills.
- To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen as well as obtain a police clearance.;
