Customer Service Team Member - RWW Group

The most successful customer service team member will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Processing and keying customer orders.
- Handling complaints/issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Answering detailed product and service questions.
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Proactively updated customers on their order status.

**Skills required to succeed in this role**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Willingness & eagerness to learn.
- Basic data entry knowledge.
- Ability to efficiently multitask & prioritise.
- Excellent time management.
- Capacity to work independently and proactively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
