Brisbane BMW Bodyshop is currently seeking a Receptionist to join the team in our Hendra facility.

You will be the first point of contact for our business, your professionalism, manner and overall behaviour will need to be reflective of our prestige brand.

If successful for this role, you will be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Managing the service phone lines and any queries received
- Liaising with customers regarding their vehicle repairs and updating progress
- Customer data management
- Preparing service folders for up-coming repairs
- Up-selling customer repair and service requirements
- Inspecting customer vehicles and note previous damage and mileage
