Our client is renowned for the calibre of their people and the innovation in their work. A well-known and highly regarded multinational, their Talent Acquisition team is recognised internally for their efficiency, innovation and cut-through.

Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to provide advice, guidance and support with respect to the development of a new and highly skilled project team. This is an initial full-time, 6-month contract position.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the role involves (and is not limited to):

- Consulting with key stakeholders from project planning through to resource redeployment at conclusion, and throughout all aspects in between;
- Recruiting a wide range of positions including rare and unique roles including IT, engineering, finance, operational and project support;
- Partnering with internal strategic sourcing colleagues;
- Managing stakeholders effectively; and
- Supporting a range of Talent Acquisition team initiatives (globally & locally).
