**Role: Team Lead - Application Development**
**Fixed Term Contract: 12 months initially + extension or transition to permanency**
**Salary: $120,000 - $133,000 + Superannuation**

About the Role:
The Team Lead is responsible for managing a cross-functional agile team of business analysts, developers, and testers to design, build and maintain software solutions through the software development lifecycle. They help drive a culture of continuous improvement, lean thinking, and ensure their team meets its commitments.

**Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing the delivery of complex software projects, preferably in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Demonstrated development experience with a strong technical background in MS technologies and cloud computing platforms, such as Azure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience use a range of software development planning, monitoring, reporting and quality assurance tools, eg Jira, Zephr, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
