**Duties**: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
- Driving business value by maximising the number of successful product and service changes from your team.
- People recruitment, management, leadership, mentoring and engagement across your team.
- Technical ownership and accountability of the assets owned by your value stream.
- Providing technical direction and architectural advice to the team to ensure that assets are designed and delivered to support current and future business goals and models.
- Creating an inclusive environment that promotes continuous improvement through agile ways of working, DevOps and CICD practices.
- Delivering iterative improvements to processes that slow us down or cause unnecessary friction.
- Identifying risk and technical debt within the services you are accountable for and prioritise resolution.
- Oversee and co-ordinate cross-team and cross-location collaboration.
- Create a culture of continuous learning and development across the team enabling us to leverage emerging technology to increase value.
- Keep abreast of the latest advances in the relevant fields of development, standards, and security.
- Analysis, design, implementation, and testing of solutions.
- Delivering new and improved functionality in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous service improvement by optimising existing code base and architecture to address technical debt and enhance service resilience, changeability, and maintainability.
- Keep abreast of the latest advances in the relevant fields of development, standards, and security.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
