AlayaCare are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Management & Implementation teams managing small projects and providing administrative and reporting assistance. Full-time permanent position which can be located in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

**About the team**
Reporting to the Director Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Coordinator will support a team of six Project Managers in a fast paced, professional and supportive PMO team. The PMO work closely with our Business Development and Software Implementation teams to scope and effectively resource software implementations for new customers, and enhancements for existing customers.
**What you will be working on**
As a Project Coordinator you will be working on multiple concurrent pieces of work (20+) as directed. More specifically, you will be completing tasks such as:
- Planning, resource scheduling and managing the execution of small implementation projects and 'work orders' (changes for existing customers requiring consulting time) including personnel, timeline, budget, invoicing, and change requests.
- Providing regular and ad-hoc project metrics and reporting.
- Assisting the leadership team in preparing presentations & reporting packs.
- Leading month-end closing processes including validation of financial data and clean-up of project data.
- Administering AlayaCare's external Learning Management system including customer onboarding, support and ongoing maintenance of user records.
- Assisting the team defining processes and developing appropriate documentation and training as required.
- Assisting the leadership team in various day to day administrative activities
**What we're looking for in a Project Coordinator**
You might be a graduate looking to launch your career, or early career in Project Management looking to build on your experience. Either way, you're enthusiastic and keen to learn and progress to a Project Manager or Implementation role in the next couple of years. More specifically:
- You are able to analyse data and generate accurate and insightful reporting.
- You achieve this with intermediate excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables etc.) and excellent attention to detail.
- You are organised and accountable for your work, comfortable working on multiple projects, able to prioritise your workload, and adapt to changing situations.
- You are driven to learn, improve your capabilities and progress, as evidenced by your record of high achievement at work, in your studies or in your hobbies.
- You identify and then solve problems creatively, challenging assumptions and thinking laterally to provide solutions.
- You are customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your customers have a positive experience.
- You collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues with empathy, candour, and professionalism.
- You communicate clearly and concisely in plain English, verbally and in writing.
It's also a bonus if:
- You have a qualification/certification in Project Management or a Bachelor's degree.
- You are familiar with one or more project tools such as MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet or Kantata.
