**About the Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager Consumer Partners, you will develop, drive and execute the account strategy for our Automotive Dealer Channel to deliver market leading partner and customer digital experiences whilst also delivering profitable growth. The role will also ensure proactively we look at ways to de-risk the portfolio by introducing data driven digital solutions to our partners that ensure we are operating within the Allianz Board's risk appetite and deliver a great customer experience.

**Other key aspects of the role**:

- Collaborate with our partners to design and innovate on new ways of partnering to improve engagement and customer experience across our OMNI channel platform
- Understand how to design customer journeys that simplify the customer experience through the use of data and digital solutions
- Lead an established and experience team in each state
- Establish governance forums to manage relationship end-to-end. Governance model will incorporate compliance plan that, tracks activities, audit/review issues to completion and engaging internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide regular oversight on all governance issues to Consumer senior management as required.
- Influence Risk Owners to ensure that the annual program of work is structured and completed, with actions and recommendations arising completed to plan.
- Ensure each partner completes the quarterly self-assessment to ensure adherence to the Guidelines for underwriting agencies, highlight and remediate any areas of non-compliance.
- Provide regular reporting via partner dashboards to ensure adherence to Allianz' Risk management framework, highlighting any high conduct risk behaviour.
- Ensure outstanding internal audit actions or actions arising from external of internal reviews are implemented or re-negotiated to an acceptable position.
- Work with partners to ensure all aspects of Allianz's material outsourcing policy are adhered to managed within Allianz defined timeframes.
- Responsible for development, implementation and management of projects, initiatives, IT solutions and back-end operational functions.

**Important to your success**:

- Extensive General Insurance industry experience including technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and all associated legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a complex portfolio of accounts.
- Experience in developing and leading high performing sales teams.
- Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to proactively identify business risks and how to assess and reduce the likelihood and impact
