Leadership Opportunity

As a senior leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of automotive products. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and building relationships with OEM partners to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Developing and implementing market strategies to deliver commercial performance.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and margin expansion.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial performance and developing collaborative relationships with OEM partners.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (optional).
