**Office Administrator**

Do you have a love for the tourism industry? We are currently seeking to employ a passionate office administrator who loves to plan and organise tours in Perth and Margaret River. The position is to work remotely from home, but from time to time you will need to meet in person and visit venues.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Duties will include and not be limited to: _
- Manage all tour bookings in the Swan Valley, Bickley Valley and Margaret River on a weekly basis.
- Co-ordinate tours with the relevant venues and confirm tastings, food and cost.
- Work with the director to ensure tours are within budget and profitable.
- Liaise with venues in advance for large tour groups by providing them with pre-ordered food agreed upon by the customers.
- Collate and send out quotations based on customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers to request feedback and testimonials as well as provide them with photographs or video footage from their tour.
- Send out invoices by MYOB and follow up on payment as required.
- To support the founder with all administrative duties.
- Willing to conduct research as and when required.
- Generate reports when required.
- To maintain full and accurate records of all clients and or supplier records on the relevant platforms.
- To be fully conversant with the services provided by Unwind Tours.
- Participate in project meetings, including post-project analysis and provide insightful input and ideas and effectively communicate project status and challenges.
- To be goal-oriented and proactive with a relentless focus on results.
- To comply with all the company rules, regulations, policies and procedures as notified from time to time.
- Within reason from time to time you will be expected to perform duties that may not be stipulated in your job description.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Experience on MYOB is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic individual with cultural and moral integrity.

Hours - Monday to Friday (Approximately 30 hours)

It is essential that you have your own laptop and you can work from home.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Peppermint Grove, WA 6011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 2 years (required)
