We’re hiring We’re a team of 12 and are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to our team.

In this role, you'll get to work from home, and our Kelvin Grove office location.

**A week in the life of your new role**:

- Monitoring, escalating and responding to enquiries received by the TA team inboxes
- Undertaking data entry to Job Adder
- Booking interviews, conducting phone screens and reference checks
- Fielding and responding to incoming telephone queries and escalating where required
- Providing a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders

**The essential bits we need you to bring**:

- A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition/HR
- An organised, pro-active and driven approach to the way you handle your workload
- Experience in data entry and administrative support
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
