is a proudly South Australian, family-owned business based in Golden Grove. For over 60 years, they have supplied a wide range of high-quality quarry products, including sand, soil, and gravel, across South Australia.

Clay & Mineral is now seeking an
Administration Assistant
, as part of a team providing vital support and assisting to ensure the smooth operation of administration and customer service functions.

Located in Golden Grove, this role offers the convenience of avoiding city traffic, with onsite parking and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter daily sales dockets
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Process invoices and reconcile purchases
  • Review and assess customer credit applications
  • Build positive relationships with team members, including truck drivers
  • Perform general administrative and office tasks
  • Provide support to management with reports

Skills:

To thrive in this role, you'll demonstrate previous experience in administration and customer service, as well as strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and excellent organisational skills.

  • Positive attitude and adaptability
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate ability in Excel and MYOB
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
