Help Desk / Support
- Based in Brisbane CBD with travel to the greenfield site required
- 18 month, daily rate contract
- Manage and lead the operation of a service centre team

**The Role**
- Lead the operation of a service centre team engaged in first point of contact ICT Support Services
- Meet and maintain service levels for end user computing environment
- Install and configure ICT hardware and software
- Implement quality help desk, desktop support, user access administration and training services
- Implement controls and processes to manage, monitor and audit user access security permissions network
- Oversee the technical support, development and management computing and network access

**About You**
- Experience in leading teams to deliver ICT support services in a Service Centre
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to deliver quality ICT support services
- Recent working knowledge of Microsoft environments such as (SCCM), Intune, Active Directory, Windows 10 and Office 365 Collaboration Suite
- Demonstrated experience in the design and construction of enterprise focused systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a demanding ICT environment
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management

**Other requirements**
A driver’s licence (C class) would be highly desirable
Travel is a requirement for this position as this position may be required to work at different sites.
