Our Brisbane office is currently seeking a highly experienced and committed ITS Maintenance Engineer with a Technical Helpdesk background to work on the helpdesk of a large scale Intelligent Transport System.
**Skills & experience required for the position**:
- System maintenance, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Have worked on a technical helpdesk within a contractual environment.
- Experienced in utilizing MAXIMO or JIRA to manage service requests, track tickets and review preventive and corrective tasks.
- Ability to follow up and track defects, resolution times and solutions with our technical team.
- Demonstrate a technical background in IT systems, Windows server, DB, Networking will be a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of traffic management systems will be positive.
- Demonstrated proactive and flexible approach to problem solving.
- A committed approach to learning and developing new skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
